I wanted to say a few words about Bill Fallwell and his expertise in selling our home in College Station.
I originally got Bill’s name from a friend in The Woodlands, Tx as a recommendation for a real estate person in College Station. Bill was able to help us locate a lot and build the home that our college son and 3 friends lived in while attending A & M. It was a great experience. He never pressured me about buying a preexisting home or his listings. He showed me a wide range of homes.
We listed that home with Bill to sell on the other end of two and a half years. When the process was finalizing, he was quick to offer suggestions for small home repairs to get the home sold and the new owners happy with the purchase of that home. He offered to meet repairmen at the house, if needed, since we live in The Woodlands….
Bill did a great job in that process, and I could highly recommend him as your next agent, if you are in the market for a home in the area of College Station/Bryan Texas…

Bill Fallwell did a terrific job for us when we wanted to sell our business. He totally understands the comercial market and made sure he understood our needs.It was not an easy sale but Bill was able to find ways to overcome thd obsticles that cameup.
Bill was wonderful to work with in buying a home for our son and roomates to live in while in college. He spent countless hours getting every detail worked out for us–and it was not an easy transaction! He was always available to answer questions and calm my fears about many issues. Since we live in Houston, he had to meet all the inspectors and workers at the house for us. He was always more than willing to “go the extra mile”!
